Step by Step Process

* To get things started, we will need you to fill out the

new client questionnaire 

* Either our Chef or the booking manager will reach out to you via email within 24-48 hours to confirm date availability, special requests, and answer any questions

* Our Chef will begin the creation process and start to form your custom menu. Each of our menus are tailored specifically for each client, so pricing will vary accordingly

* Once we have confirmation that you are completely satisfied with the finalized menu, we will then send you an invoice, in which 50% of the total payment is required to secure your event.  Please note, we cannot guarantee any dates, unless the security deposit has been received

* On the day of the event, Chef Antwon will arrive 90 minutes prior to your event start time to prep and begin cooking.  The Chef will serve you and your guests a delicious multi-course dinner

* All shopping, labor, transportation, and clean-up is included in final pricing

* Simply relax, enjoy your company, and let Chef Antwon and his team take care of everything.

*  For our domestic and international clientele, please make sure all events are booked 2-4 weeks out. This will assure ample amount of time for planning and execution.  Lastly, we ask that you take the time to specify location and event needs in detail, the more information we have, the better we can serve you.  We look forward to connecting with you
